Volljurist mit Schwerpunkt Kartellrecht (m/w/d)

Aktuell suchen wir eine/n Volljurist (m;f;d) mit Schwerpunkt Kartellrecht für Unternehmen der FMCG- und Handelsbranche.

Responsibilities

• Beratung und Vertretung von Mandanten in allen Fragen des Kartellrechts
• Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen Fusionskontrollverfahren
• Durchführung von Kartellverfahren vor dem Bundeskartellamt und europäischen Kartellbehörden
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf kartellrechtliche Fragen
• Anfertigung von Gutachten und Stellungnahmen im Kartellrecht
• Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Mandanten
• Begleitung von Compliance-Projekten im Hinblick auf kartellrechtliche Fragestellungen

Minimum Qualifications

• Volljurist/in mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Kartellrechts
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Kartellrecht sowie in den Bereichen Wettbewerbsrecht, EU-Recht und Zivilrecht
• Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
