Senior IT Security Officer (m/w/d)

Do you want to solve interesting incidents, investigate curious cases, work with latest technologies in cybersecurity? IT Security is an increasingly important discipline for Vattenfall business through an fast evolving digitalization as well as cyber threats and regulations. Therefore we are looking for an experienced and ambitious person who is not afraid of asking critical questions and that constantly strives for improvement. What will you do?
Your tasks and responsibilities: Troubleshooting and resolution of security Incidents,
Providing trending reports as needed,
Reviewing/updating all security template documentation to include valid and current security references, updting with applicable security policy,
Serving as senior expert and consultant to management officials to offer advice on integrating IT programs with security standards,
Implementing and monitoring security measures for communication systems, networks, and providing advice that systems and personnel adhere to established security standards and Governmental requirements for security on these systems,
Being part of CSIRT group solving more challenging and interesting incidents providing also with on-call activities,
Conducting forensics investigation according to the local laws and regulations,
Processing whole triage and eDiscovery models,
Managing and improving quality of work with modern security solutions in XDR areas,
Assessing and scoping of customer's application security needs. Location:
Flexible, preferably in Katowice or Gliwice (Poland) Qualifications Who are you?
As a Senior IT Security Officer you bring at least 5 years of general experience in IT. Additionally you have proven experience in: incident responses
Forensics Response
