Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree is highly desired
• Solid understanding of new technologies, transformative software and the necessary language to sell it?
• Previous experience in driving projects with multiple stakeholders in medium sized, large and enterprise companies
• Tactical abilities to plan and execute sales operations in order to shorten sales cycle
• Successful understanding of consumer psychology in complex sales and large deal size projects
• Native German speaker and outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong presentation skills on-site and off-site
• Results-driven personality with efficient time management
• A willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to learn and grow
• Minimum 3 years track record in software sales of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions
