Your profile

• Successful studies in business administration, engineering or computer science with a focus on innovation management or comparable
• Strong team and stakeholder oriented communication with preferably first practical experiences in innovation management or strategic consulting
• Proficient handling of MS Office, PowerBI, Miro etc.
• Good presentation and communication skills in English and German

Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

• Support development of a digital innovation tool based on stakeholder requirements, the BSH innovation process & the innovation strategy
• Visualize & communicate realized or upcoming features
• Support validation & implementation of a first defined module with a close alignment to the innovation campaign managers
• Support trend-scouting and competitor analysis, evaluate & prepare the results for project integration & stakeholder meetings
• Support strategic project work & actively take over a contributor role
