Aufgaben
As HR People Operations Manager (m/f/x) you will be the contact person for all technical and administrative personnel-related issues. In this role you will
- Run payroll as well as create employment contracts, references, certificates and other relevant documents
- Maintain HR master data and keep personnel files
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
- Participate in applicant management / recruiting
- Provide support in all HR areas
- Correspondence with the relevant contact persons (employees / managers)
- Maintenance, revision and preparation of Excel evaluations
- Further administrative activities as required
Qualifikation
- Completed administrative training, ideally with additional qualification for human resources work or comparable qualification
- Ideally work experience in human resources
- Sound knowledge of labor, tax and social security law as well as experience in personnel administration
- Strong personal responsibility, high quality awareness, commitment as well as distinct communication skills across all levels and discretion
- Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
- High level of self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office programs (esp. Word and Excel)
