Aufgaben

As HR People Operations Manager (m/f/x) you will be the contact person for all technical and administrative personnel-related issues. In this role you will

  • Run payroll as well as create employment contracts, references, certificates and other relevant documents
  • Maintain HR master data and keep personnel files
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
  • Participate in applicant management / recruiting
  • Provide support in all HR areas
  • Correspondence with the relevant contact persons (employees / managers)
  • Maintenance, revision and preparation of Excel evaluations
  • Further administrative activities as required

Qualifikation

  • Completed administrative training, ideally with additional qualification for human resources work or comparable qualification
  • Ideally work experience in human resources
  • Sound knowledge of labor, tax and social security law as well as experience in personnel administration
  • Strong personal responsibility, high quality awareness, commitment as well as distinct communication skills across all levels and discretion
  • Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • High level of self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs (esp. Word and Excel)
